Women-owned / California social enterprise

We connect women’s real experiences to public life by creating practical solutions and cultural work.

Women are half the population. Yet the world we live in still doesn’t fully reflect their lives.

Women have monthly cycles, physical needs, and experiences that shape how they work, travel, study, and move through everyday life. These realities should be a natural part of how society works — not something women are expected to navigate on their own.

Our company exists to close that gap and make women more visible in the world around us.

A wall-mounted retail station for women’s essentials.

Render of an Essential Station: a white wall-mounted unit with rows of women’s essentials behind glass, a QR code, a card reader and a pick-up tray, installed beside a restroom entrance

Essential Stations address a very familiar situation: getting your period unexpectedly, having a leak or cramps, or simply realizing you need something while you’re away from home.

Placed near or inside restroom areas in high-traffic locations, the station gives women a quick way to purchase the essentials they need right there.

Proposed Inventory

Pads · Tampons · Liners · Intimate wipes · Heating patches · Underwear / Emergency kit

We handle the station from end to end: installation, product selection, inventory, payments, restocking, maintenance, and day-to-day operation. The location provides wall space and access to a standard outlet.

Where It Works

Airports, stadiums, shopping centers, entertainment venues, and attractions serve thousands of women every day. For these locations, an Essential Station provides:

  • A useful amenity for guests, without adding day-to-day work for the property team.

  • Additional revenue from a small amount of wall space through an agreed revenue-share model.

Every location is different. We can customize the station’s design and product mix to fit the space and the women who use it.

Put your brand inside a solution women can actually use.

A sponsor can fund a station in a high-traffic location, fund product access for women, or collaborate with us on a station built around the partnership.

A sponsorship can include:

  • A custom-branded Essential Station.

  • Relevant brand products inside the station, when the products match what women may need in that setting.

  • Placement in a selected high-traffic location.

  • Joint launch content and storytelling around the pilot.

  • A summary of anonymous, aggregated pilot feedback - for example, what women used, what they said they needed, and recurring patterns we observed.

The exact partnership can be shaped around the brand, the location, and what is genuinely useful to the women using the station.

Talk About Sponsorship

One project can lead to the next question.

As we listen to more women, new ideas and directions can emerge — a workplace recommendation, a cultural project, an immersive experience, a public campaign, a new standard, or research that helps shape policy.

The goal is to turn what we discover into meaningful change.

Two founders. One mission. Two ways of seeing the same problem.

We became friends first and business partners later. Decode Nation grew from conversations about women’s real experiences and from realizing that we approach the same questions from very different directions.

Co-Founder, Creative & Vision Lead

Liudmila is driven by the question of what makes a woman feel fully alive. She notices the parts of women’s lives that are often normalized, hidden, or difficult to put into words - and wants to make them visible.

Her background includes Human Resources, PCM training, and creating immersive tours in Los Angeles. These different fields have shaped her understanding of people, communication, and how meaningful experiences are created.

Co-Founder, Research & Strategy Lead

Sofiia likes to understand how things work. She asks questions, looks at different perspectives, and turns information into clear structure. Her own struggles with severe PMS led her to ask deeper questions about women’s health and start listening to what other women have to say.

In the future, she wants to take those questions further through research - to understand what women face and use that knowledge to build better solutions.
